Website in a Day Client Showcase
Today we're sharing a Wix website in a day client showcase for a Santa Rosa, CA based home owner's association.
The goal of the build was to create a warm, inviting website that HOA members could access, so they'd be up-to-date on events, meeting info, as well as other important resources.
Stylescape
The design direction for the build is established through a stylescape. We take the responses from our onboarding form to set a color scheme, design assets, and the images that will be used for the new website.
If a client has images they'd like to use, we swap out our placeholder images in favor of their images.
Wireframes
Wireframes are a great way to prioritize content and make sure the client knows what copy and images we'll need from them.
While our team works on implementing the layout established in the wireframe, the client can work on creating copy and locating the images they'd like to use.
The HOA had several important links that needed to be included in the navigation, so we created a 3 column layout within the header, so all key links could be included above the fold without a visitor needing to click to view.
Since some pages are only accessible to members, we also made sure to set the necessary members settings, and create custom member signup lightboxes.
End Result: Mobile-Friendly Wix Website
The end result is a mobile-friendly Wix website that is easy to navigate and user-friendly.
The HOA is able to manage and update their website themselves, and if they ever need any help with more complex changes, we're here to help!
