In high school, I lived by the credo “I can sleep when I’m dead.” Somehow, I truly managed to not sleep for days at a time (possibly even a few weeks). I would be at school by 7am, get out at 5pm and then work from 6 to Midnight. Fortunately, I had a really easy job at a four dollar movie theatre – it allowed me the opportunity to do my homework for my AP classes. I had a 3.6+ GPA and was promoted to Chief of Staff at work. I also had time to spend with friends – watching movies, going to the beach, hanging out in general. Clearly I was doing something right. The only issue was, I was ALWAYS tired. I’m pretty certain I slept in some of my classes. My first few years of college were exactly the same. Its only now that I realized that my body requires to function and am scheduling in time for sleep (pathetic I know).

Anyway, Border7 LOVES the comic “Least I Could Do” and this comic is what made me realize that we should spread the message: SLEEP IS GOOD FOR YOU.
