Office Armory

When you live at the office as much as we do, there are times when the need to defend yourself may arise, whether it be from a pushy boss or a lacking subordinate. In such situations you need to be ready and armed with the best. Lets take a look at the finest in NERF custom weaponry here at the Border7 Armory:

Overview: What we have at our disposal? 4 Maverick 6shot hand guns, 1 6rnd Longshot assault rifle, 1 8rnd close quarter Firefly, and a 1 heavy defense 25rnd automatic Vulcan machine gun.

Well needless to say we are pretty well armed, along with these we also have 2 nerf foam swords at our disposal for REALLY close quarter negotiations. All the guns are custom painted to the owners preferences. Here’s a look at each in more detail.

The Maverick REV6:

Mine is painted with heavy silver brushed on black, Amy is red, blue and silver styled after the Transformers autobot Optimus Prime. Our artist Chris has his black and gold with an ancient Egyptian styling.

The Firefly REV8 and Longshot REV6:

For additional firepower we have the 8shot Firefly and 6rnd Longshot. My Longshot matches my revolver with a black and blue base with heavy silver dry brush. Chris’s firefly is base red with gold wear and highlights, reminds me of a Protoss weapon from StarCraft.

Last but definitely not the least, the Vulcan EBF25 is Amy’s full automatic, belt fed, 25 round box magazine, tripod mounted, foam weapon of death. This thing rains foam darts. We painted it base black with silver wear and red blood splatter from a close kill. Dubbed 300 Sins from Sin City + 300 hybrid theme.

Lastly I would like to show you my armory closet above my desk for quick access:

So don’t let your office foreign cubical policy waver, be American and have the strongest foam fighting force the office has yet to see.

Reminds me of my days back at Gamespy. Of course we all had handles, the place had the lights off most of the time and you had to run around cubicles that had camo netting and traps in addition.

It was worth it for free soda, snacks and games.

Wow…I have to stop by the office some time. Probably come in through the windows…take out the guy that sits on the left wall with a foam dart to the head. Use foam tasers on your staff (cause ya guys are kinda awesome) and declare victory over your office. If the sentry guns don’t get me first….
