Once your shopping cart is running, there may come a time when you need to call on someone for some additional help or changes or just take charge on all aspects e-commerce while you focus on running your business. This is where our Support & Maintenance services come in extra handy for our clients.

Most of our clients use their time for the following reasons:

• Merchandising
  They send us updated inventory lists and we modify the store to display the correct product lines, inventories, etc.
• Tweaks and Edits
  On occasion clients will need to have words changed, images switches, or a whole About Us page revamped.
• Order Processing
  Some clients needs orders to be processed in a specific manner and sent to their fulfillment company.
• Technical Support
  When an issue arises and the shopping cart software is taking too long to respond or when something went wrong for one of their customers, they call us.
• Small Design Projects
  We create general promotional graphics to signify a new season or new sale. Each project usually consists of 4 hours of work.

Pre built packages that are currently in use are listed below. Typically, our clients will opt into the ASSIST plan to help gauge their company needs at which point they opt into a different plan or we create a customized plan for them. We can also work on an hourly basis when requested but pre-purchased packages will take precedence.

  Maintenance Plan
  10 Pre-purchased hours used on a Monthly basis – Clients who require ongoing technical support or order processing tend to opt into this plan.
• The Hammer
  Maintenance Plan
  20 Pre-purchased hours used on a Monthly basis – Clients who require tech support and merchandising on an ongoing basis opt into this plan.
• The Wheel
  Maintenance Plan
  50 Pre-purchased hours used on a Monthly basis – Clients who require ongoing support and small design projects tend to opt into this plan.
• ASSIST
  15 pre-purchased hours used within Six months – Clients like to opt into this plan for those "just in case" moments for technical support or tweaks and edits.
