Why should I have a website?

A website is important because it adds credibility to your business, and provides your customers with another way to reach you. Having an online presence is important, and can lead to an increase in users and sales. When you create a website, it's essentially like building a storefront that is available 24/7.

How We Work

How does the design process work?

Once we feel we have a clear understanding of your goals and requirements, our designer will create a wireframe to show a proposed layout for the site. Once the wireframe is approved, we move onto creating a mockup that displays how the logo, images, and content will be laid out on the site. Our design process includes 3 rounds of revisions, or complete redo's following the initial concept. Read more about our design process here.

What information do you need?

Other than login information and content, we will also provide you with a Creative Brief to fill out. Our design team will reference this Creative Brief during the design process. We will also ask for images, copy, and links that you would like to have included on your new site. If you need assistance with gathering this content, we are ready to help!

Can I see my site in development?

Yes. Our project management system keeps all files, messages, and content in one place, so you receive frequent updates, and provide feedback as your site is designed. You will also be provided with a link to our sandbox site, so you can see your site come to life as it is coded.

How many revisions do I get?

Our design process typically includes 3 rounds of revisions, or complete redo's. We believe communication is key, so during the project, we will continue to collaborate with you in order to make sure you are pleased with your new design.
