What services does Border7 offer?
We are a full fledge Marketing & Media Firm. Now what that means, is up to you. We do graphic & web design and also dabble in online marketing (search engine optimization, social media campaigns, content writing). For more detailed information, get in touch with us!
How do you price websites?
We have a few basic plans designated, however, every project is unique so we try to custom quote to meet your budget as much as possible. Our prices range from $2k - $5k+.
Who owns the final rights to the work delivered?
The final deliverables are owned by the client. We retain the rights for any custom work built to get there, including declined concepts.
Do you work with clients outside of Simi Valley, CA?
Yes, since we work on the internet it allows us to work with people anywhere in the world. We like our location, but are willing to travel to you or work online. The choice is yours.
What if I have an existing site and just want a few changes?
If its small design changes we can easily make those changes. Tweaks and edits are covered in our maintenance, so let us know that's what you're looking for.
Do I need to provide the content for the site?
This is up to you. If you provide the content, it is less work for us, which means less cost to you. However, we do offer copywriting services and also editing. We will help you help us as much as possible.
Who decides on the navigation and organization of our website?
This is a team effort. We, at Border7, will not shove something down your throats. We will discuss your goals and build a website around you and what you need. We will make suggestions, but ultimately, you decide.
What is the turn-around time?
In most cases it takes 4-6 weeks for a site to be completed. However, prompt responses and lots of feedback can speed up the process considerably.
If you were a candy, what would it be?
We decided to pick whatever candy you don't like solely so you won't eat us.
Why do you dislike Michael Bay?
He is a childhood ruiner. He takes things that we love as a child, butchers them, adds plenty of explosions, and makes tons of money off the results. Just look at what he's doing to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film coming out...they're going to come from space. Do you recall any of that from the cartoon of your childhood? I think not.
What do you do in your free time?
Listen to music...Epic nerf battles...Watch movies...take long walks on the beach. You know, normal stuff. Note: We're really nerdy and can beat you at most video games. You've been forewarned.
Do you take Vacations?
We try really hard to work on all our client's projects but we also plan ahead. We still work on client projects on Major Holidays and the only time when we "stop" working is for a week in December (Holidays) and a week in July.
