Fanboy is a term used to describe any individual who is devoted to a single subject in an emotional or fanatical manner, or to a single point of view within that subject, often to the point where it is considered an obsession (Per Wiki).

Fanboys are one of the most interesting “species” out there. They take fandom to a new level and are generally really fun to watch and mimic. To some extent, everyone is a fanboy of something, and nerds take it further. I am a personal Fangirl of Transformers. Ken is big on Star Trek and Star Wars (is that some sort of blasphemy?).

Anyhow, there is a movie about some ultra-fanboys who are so obsessed with Star Wars that they try to steal an early print of Episode One. Well, this movie was suppose to come out in 2007. It looked hilariously funny and we were all stoked to go see it. Then it got pushed back to September 2008 and again to November. It was again pushed to Febuary 2009. Hopefully it’ll finally be in theatres and we can take amusement in some awesome Fanboys.
